NAGICO, T&T is looking for qualified persons to join its Claims Team at its Claims Service Centre in San Fernando.

Claims Technician

Job Summary

The successful candidates will be responsible for assisting the Claims Manager in providing claims handling services in the evaluation, negotiation and resolution of insurance claims.

Required Qualification and Experience:

• Minimum of five CXC passes which must include English and Mathematics.
• Certification in a relevant technical subject will be an asset.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Customer Service experience or training as evidenced by previous work experience or certification.

The selected candidates will be required to attend an in house training program at the company’s head office prior to the successful candidates taking up their position.
