CHURN ANALYST
Job Summary:
Our Customer Experience Team is looking for a Churn Analyst to report on churn results. Churn refers to the loss of subscribers due to cancellation and disconnection.
The successful analyst must understand the key drivers behind cancellations and identify which customers have the highest propensity to be disconnected and thereby predict which customers are likely to churn next. This role also requires data analysis to be translated into recommendations for loyalty initiatives as well as improvements in internal processes leading to an improved customer experience. The main software tools used to accomplish these goals include Cognos BI, Microstrategies, SAS and MS-Office.
This role is best suited to an experienced analyst who wants to bring his/her strong skill set to our team.
