CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
G4S Secure Solutions (Barbados) Limited is currently seeking to recruit a dynamic, results-driven individual with experience in competitive business environments to fill the position of Chief Financial Officer. The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will be a strategic partner to the Chief Executive Officer and is responsible for enforcing G4S policies and assisting the CEO in the execution of the local strategy.
The incumbent will be a proven leader with strong commercial and trading experience in the service industry. He/she should be a proactive individual with the ability to remain calm in high-pressure situations and handle delicate matters, whilst maintaining confidentiality.
The preferred candidate will have extensive knowledge as a senior financial executive, and significant expertise in areas such as financial reporting and controls, variance analysis, cash flow management, risk management, performance measurement and budgeting, with world-class problem solving and analytical skills.
Candidates must be financially astute with the responsibility for ensuring a highly accurate and disciplined financial accounting, control and reporting environment. Experience in implementing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Business Planning & Consolidation (BPC) systems is essential.
Applicants should preferably hold a Masters Degree in Economics or Finance and a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Accounting or Finance. He/she will have a minimum of five (5) years’ experience in a multinational environment at the CFO level and five (5) years experience in Audit/Consulting with a professional audit firm. The successful candidate should possess the highest standards of personal and professional integrity and ethics.
