FIRST DEGREE AND MBA. ACCOUNTING AND FINANCIAL TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE.
5-7 YEARS MANAGERIAL EXPERIENCE.
WELL DEVELOPED INTERPERSONAL, NEGOTIATING AND ORGANIZING SKILLS
PROVEN SUCCESSFUL STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT. RESULTS ORIENTED.
FUNCTIONS:
WORK WITH SHAREHOLDERS TO PREPARE AND IMPLEMENT STRATEGIC PLAN AND COMPANY VISION. ADVISE SHAREHOLDER.
LEADERSHIP ROLE IN ALL MAJOR AREAS, INCLUDING MANAGEMENT OF HUMAN RESOURCES, OPERATIONAL PLANNING AND MANAGEMENT. POLICY PLANNING AND IMPLEMENTATION.
MANAGE FINANCIAL PLANNING AND IMPLEMENTATION.
PREPARE, IMPLEMENT AND MANAGE BUDGET AND ENSURE SOUND ACCOUNTING PRACTICES FOLLOWED. ADMINISTER FUNDS OF ORGANIZATION ACCORDING TO APPROVED BUDGET AND MONITOR CASH FLOW THROUGHOUT ORGANIZATION.
MANAGE LOGISTICS, INCLUDING PURCHASING, MOVEMENT AND AVAILABILITY OF GOODS AT ALL BRANCHES AND IMPLEMENT SECURITY MEASURES TO PREVENT PILFERAGE.
