Chief Asset Management Officer
The Chief Asset Management Officer directs and coordinates the activities of workers engaged in operating and maintaining company facilities, vehicles and equipment in office buildings and any structure which is entrusted or becomes the responsibility of the Company. The Manager will plan and administer yearly department budgets and make recommendations based on cost effective solutions and recovery of cost. In addition, the Manager will identify the extent of service or equipment required, the type and number of operation and maintenance personnel needed and maintain performance profiles on all staff or contracted labour.
Qualifications
• Degree in Business Management, Building Maintenance, Engineering or in a related field.
• Five to seven years of proven experience in building maintenance and asset management.
• An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
• A valid driver’s license.
• Key competencies include social perceptiveness, technical skills, project management and complex problem solving.
