- Developing, driving and implementing channel marketing activity for all channel partners/distributors.
- Analyze and understand overall market trends and forecasts and extent to which the Company can and should leverage the distribution channel by customer and geography
- Creation and management of strategic partnerships and alliances that enable the Company to achieve its strategic objectives
- Development of annual distribution sales targets overall, by specific distributor, and/or by region
- Jointly develop go-to-market strategies for products and recommend promotion strategies
- Provide thorough analysis by working with the field, to identify, assess, and qualify new or alternative distributors by utilizing a distribution management process.
- Develop quarterly and annual distributor reviews by distributor based on data and/or customer feedback. Combine feedback into strategic planning initiatives and program development.
- Develop and nurture relationships with distributors
- Manage distribution specific performance objectives by distributor and/or region
- Recommend and manage optimal inventory stocking and management at distributor sites.
- Participate in commercial negotiations, such as pricing, incentives, service and conditions as needed
- Marketing intelligence reporting capability in order to keep abreast of market, customer and competitor trends
- Evaluate customer analytics and segmentation, understand customer buying patterns and market trends.
- Develop and manage coverage plans, pricing programs and incentives for distributors.
- Overseeing day to day channel operations island-wide.
- Monitor daily results and prepare weekly analysis reports for senior management.
- Measure and monitor to ensure all key performance metrics are met.
- Work in concert with Commercial (Product) in the development of training for new and existing product offering and procedures to the distributor locations.

Educational Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business or related field; MBA preferred Experience At least three (3) years’ working experience in a related field, preferably working in a fast paced, high volume environment.
