Fast-Track for Future CEOs
Champions is a 24-month rotational program aimed at converting our Country’s most ambitious and high-performing graduates into our future Executives. Candidates will be immersed in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment where they will be expected to deliver results and progress swiftly. Champions is carefully structured to optimize professional exposure, deepen technical expertise and cultivate leadership competence.
Successful applicants will be immediately assigned to strategic projects under the guidance of a mentor selected from the Group’s Senior Executive.
Successful completion of the programme will lead to placement in a critical role with significant earning potential and further opportunities for exceptional career growth.

Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, HR, Engineering or Business Management
No more than 1 year's full-time working experience
First or upper-second class honours
Internships while studying would be an asset

a. Why is Corporate Governance so important to a large conglomerate such as ANSA McAL? Does corporate governance create too much bureaucracy which impedes profitability?
b. What do you think are the key challenges and opportunities in the beer industry? What marketing strategies should a beer company use to gain more market share?
c. What are the major commercial issues surrounding the manufacturing sector in Trinidad and what are your suggestions for meeting these challenges?
d. What is your view on the current state of the economy given the drastic reduction in oil prices? How can a Group such as ANSA McAL position themselves to take advantage of this?
e. What are the current issues in the foreign exchange market and how are businesses affected? What can be done by policy makers to address these concerns?
f. What are the major issues surrounding the media industry as it relates to Freedom of Speech? What is your view on the Charlie Hebdo incident?
g. How does the question of gas subsidies affect the market share of the brands represented by ANSA Automotive?
