In July 2009, CBM forged a partnership with the PBS group. PBS exercises management responsibility of CBM. The PBS Group is one of the largest solutions providers in Latin America and the Caribbean. It represents the second largest distributor network for Xerox Corporation globally with offices in thirteen locations within the Caribbean and Central America.
