| Caribbean Housing Limited has been in existence since 1968. The main business of the Company is building and selling houses. It was the first Company in the country to construct townhouses and has built over 2000 townhouses and individual homes to date including the Westmooring-by-the-Sea Development and West Mall.
The Company is at present continuing to develop land at its East Edinburgh Gardens Development in Chaguanas for sale of Single Family Homes, Townhouses, Duplex and Residential lots. Having created the Westmooring-by-the-Sea development which is now a premier residential development in the West, it is the Company’s intention also to create a similar development at its Brentwood Town Centre Site in Chaguanas. |
