Car Wash Operations Coordinator
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Resolve all customer complaints and damage claims.
- Develop and manage the weekly schedule for all employees.
- Monitor and ensure correct chemical usage.
- Manage inventory/supplies and requisition or purchase additional items, as necessary.
- Inspect equipment and ensure proper maintenance is carried out. Co-ordinate repairs or replacement as necessary.
- Monitor/ensure adherence to all equipment and lot maintenance schedules.
- Complete all required written reports in the allotted timeframe.
- Supervise personnel engaged in washing automobiles or parts of vehicles not washed by automatic mechanism.
- May participate in washing and performance of other services during peak periods.
- Contribute to the building of a team environment.
EDUCATIONAL / SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Associate Degree in Business Management.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a supervisory/team lead capacity.
- Must have a valid driver’s permit with a minimum of 2 years driving experience.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
