Responsible for all aspects of a campaign on any given mobile media channel, including day-to-day campaign management, market and customer support.
Campaign Management and Client Relationship
Ensure that markets and clients understand the terms and conditions of the overall advertising policies and practices, as well as terms and conditions that relate to specific campaigns.
Understand the price structure and packages offered to clients in order to manage and execute the relevant campaigns to targets and budgets.
Understand the ad serving functionality and ad server platforms, including knowledge of all mobile media products, inventory availability as well as the performance metrics of each product.
Day-to-day trafficking and management of Mobile Media campaigns.
Monitor delivery of campaign from beginning to end and optimizing as needed.
Interact with markets as well as external clients including but not limited to coordination and consultation to ensure a successful advertising campaign.
Updating and changing of advertising placement and creative depending on market and clients request.
Daily feedback verbally to the Operations Manager: on campaign performance, or any problems that might have occurred.
Produce campaign performance reports on a daily, weekly, monthly and post campaign basis.
Billing and reconciliation
The Campaign Manager must ensure that all reconciliation and billing is done accurately, and takes place as set out in the time frame as agreed upon with Finance.
Provide daily flash reports.
Provide weekly management reports.
Provide monthly management and Board reports.
General administration
Update the sales dashboard that track the division's key metrics accurately as new information about client orders arrive.
Take notes during the operations and sales status meeting with actions and dates for completion.
Adhoc testing of campaigns once live on the platforms.
Update the task actions and dates with a progress status of the Campaign Manager to be discussed in the upcoming status meetings.
Review all possible areas of the Campaign Management activity as and when information is received that will impact "client accreditation and account creation, campaign management and client relationship, billing and reconciliation and general admin".
