Call Centre Agents

AllianceOne is a growing leader in the Call Centre industry and we are looking for capable individuals to help us expand our business! For our Montego Bay location we are seeking to hire Collection Agents

REQUIREMENTS

- Must be 18 years and over
- At least 3 C.X.C. or equivalent including English Language
- Must possess a valid Jamaican ID (Passport, National ID or Drivers License)
- 1-2 years previous experience in a call centre  environment
- Must be computer literate
- Excellent communication verbal / written
- Strong Time Management skills
- Strong Soft Skills
- Results oriented
- Ability to multitask and navigate
- Strong attention to detail
- Quality focused
- Strong decision making skills
- Strong problem solving skills
- Team player
