We are currently seeking talented individuals to join our team taking inbound calls, answering questions and solving problems with the customer’s existing service.  You will also be asked to offer additional services and products that might further benefit the customer. 

The successful candidate will have the following skills:

• Outgoing, very friendly and able to build rapport

• Strong listening skills and ability to problem solve

• Goal oriented

• Ability to create sales by offering a product or service that could help the customer

• Ability to handle rejection and upset customers with professionalism

• Basic computer and typing skills

• Strong communication skills

• Previous call center, hospitality, or sales experience a plus

REQUIREMENTS
- Must be 18 years and over
- At least 3 C.X.C. or equivalent including English Language
- Must possess a valid Jamaican ID (Passport, National ID or Drivers License)
 

HOURS

This is a fulltime, long term position. Flexibility to work some evening and weekend shifts will be required. 

These positions are most easily accessible for candidates in St. James and surrounding areas.
