Our ideal candidate should:

• Possess a valid ID (National ID, Passport or Drivers’ License)
• Be 18 years or older
• Be HEART trained or possess at least 3 CXCs
• Have at least 6 months experience in call center environment
• Be computer literate
• Be a good communicator, results oriented, quality focused and detailed oriented

Our clients require us to cover a large variety of shifts to offer the best service to their customers; therefore, we request that our employees be as open to working a flexible schedule as possible. We are open 24 hours daily.
