As a Collection Call Center Agent you handle inbound and outbound calls with the goal of creating a positive experience for the customer  while assisting them find ways to resolve the outstanding past due balances on their accounts.

REQUIREMENTS
- Must be 18 years and over
- At least 3 C.X.C. or equivalent including English Language
- Must possess a valid Jamaican ID (Passport, National ID or Drivers License)
 

HOURS

This is a fulltime, long term position. Flexibility to work some evening and weekend shifts will be required. 

These positions are most easily accessible for candidates in St. James and surrounding areas.
