Digicel are looking for a large number of skilled, ambitious and hard-working Technical professionals to drive the development of our customer relationships in 2015.
We will provide best in class training, support and systems to enable you to achieve your full career potential within a challenging, fast paced and exciting working environment.
Our requirements cover all areas of our operations and will encompass a range of experimental new customer support and interaction channels.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide best in class technical support and technical services to Digicel customers
  • Work across a range of new customer touch points to deliver extraordinary technical services which will delight our customers
  • Work as part of, or manage teams of committed technical professionals supporting a diverse range of technical areas
  • Drive the evolution of technical services that Digicel aim to introduce in the coming year
 
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Be of outstanding good character – references/PCC required
  • Proven previous practical experience ability with fault finding and diagnostic skills.
  • Possess exceptional customer focus with a positive, can-do attitude
  • Good literacy, numeracy skills
  • Proficiency with using computers
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven ability to work on own initiative and act independently whilst being able to work successfully to lead a small team
  • Excellent personal grooming and presentation
  • Full, clean driving licence
  • Flexibility to work shifts in line with business requirements
  • Possess excellent time keeping and time management skills
  • Ability to represent the company in a professional manner at all times
  • Previous experience of delivering In-Premises technical services to homes and or businesses a significant advantage

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal/ written)

  • Must be customer oriented
  • Ability to rapidly learn new tools and understand customers’ environments
