CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES
POSITION OBJECTIVE
The successful Customer Service Representatives will carry out exchange transactions following the settled procedures, obeying the legal procedures and attaining excellence in customer care. They will be the people responsible for the
direct contact with customers and always willing to offer Customers the highest level of care and quality service.
Customer Service Representatives will work in one of the three shifts: Morning, Afternoon or Night.
DUTIES
a) Welcome and greet customers with a smile, maintaining eye contact, good posture, with a personable and professional attitude.
b) Perform transactions in accordance with operating procedures described in the Operator’s Manual & Guidelines
c) Comply with Legal requirements
d) Record all transactions in the system
e) Display cordiality, transparency, rapidity and efficiency to achieve excellence in customer care; as the public face of the company, to show the best position to meet the highest quality to our customers. Responsible for direct clients care.
f) Maintain corporate image and observe proper care of the functioning tools of
the work centre; keep work area clear.
Work in having everything necessary for the proper functioning of the center (material, image observation and cleaning of offices, information missing or surplus of currency, and anything deemed necessary to provide the best service).
REQUIRED COMPETENCIES
Students or graduate students on Tourism, business or business administration, or similar:
Commercial in behaviour
Good communication skills.
Fluent in English
Smiles Readily
Previous experience related to Customer Service and or knowledge in customer care and sales (would be an asset).
