CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE – TECHNICAL ACCOUNT

ACCENT, an international provider of customer relationship management solutions, is looking for dynamic results and team-oriented individuals to fill the position of:-

 

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE – TECHNICAL ACCOUNT

 

Responsible for delivering outstanding customer service. Ensures customer satisfaction and loyalty by assisting and resolving a wide variety of TECHNICAL requests, inquiries and complaints.  Upbeat, outgoing, motivated persons, with the entrepreneurial spirit needed.  

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  •  Handles inbound technical calls effectively and efficiently through the use of proactive customer service and call control techniques and proven technical troubleshooting procedures
  • Creates an exceptional experience for the customer by using professional customer service techniques
  • Resolves  customer questions / concerns efficiently and effectively through the use of active listening
  • Resolves customer issues on the first call
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

 

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Diploma in IT
  • Computer Repairs Certification
  • IT Essentials 1 & 2 is a plus
  • Two (2) years experience in an Engagement Center

 

REQUIRED SKILLS/COMPETENCIES

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule.
  • Detail and process oriented.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Professional attitude, enthusiastic and reliable.
