CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE - MONTEGO BAY BRANCH

The ideal candidate must be an experienced customer service professional, preferably with previous work experience in the building materials industry.

 As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

  • Manage customer orders
  • Provide customers with quotes and product information
  • Manage and update customer accounts

The successful candidate must possess the following qualifications:

  •  Proven Tele-Sales Experience – minimum two years
  •  Excellent Communication Skills and Interpersonal Skills
  • Ability to resolve customer issues
  • Ability to work independently as well as a part of a team
  • A Diploma in Sales and/ Marketing
  • Computer Literate (MS Office software)
