CRM Microsoft Database Management

  • responsible for interpreting, editing and customizing the CRM to fit the needs of the company
  • Enter and update customers
  • Scan and upload quotes
  • Building custom report and generating dashboards
  • Generate Reports for Management
  • Ensuring data is correct across contacts, accounts and opportunities
  • Reporting improper system usage to management
  • Providing central point of contact for system changes and alterations
  • Monitoring log in history
  • Providing help desk support
  • train, coach and support the employees who use the CRM software
  • maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
  • Development of CRM in Contract, Retail Sales and throughout the company as needed
  • support and troubleshooting on the system, making changes as needed
  • Maintain control access rights and security controls
  • Preventing unauthorized access via de-provisioning
  • Generating detailed process maps for sales, marketing & Business workflows
  • Importing and exporting data to support back up system
  • Work with IT to manage project implementation and back-end integration.

Generate Quotations

  • Supply Only quotes using Peach Tree
  • Supply and Install Quotes using Excel / CRM
  • maintain electronic and hard copy filing system

Customer Relations:

  • Assigning Key Accounts to CSR
  • Following up with clients and sales reps
  • Customer Surveys
  • Updating CRM Data based on follow up
  • prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails

Creating new jobs: job numbers in peach tree, job files, scheduling with PM

Generating Invoices

Filing and general administrative duties (answering the phone, taking messages, writing letters)

Assisting with Tender Preparation

 

Qualifications and Education Requirements

-          University degree or College certificate in Information technology (IT)

-          Minimum two (2) years’ experience in sales and/or marketing

-          Additional education, particularly in database management, business, programming or IT infrastructure, is beneficial

-          Understanding of marketing and sales work flow processes

-          Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

-          Experience in Customer Relations

-          knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures and systems such as filing and record keeping

-          Effective time management, organization and leadership skills

 

Preferred Skills

Experience and training with various Software:

  1. CRM Microsoft Software - Database management
  2. Peach Tree - Accounting Management to generate invoices, quotations and create jobs
  3. Microsoft Office - Excel, publisher, power point and word
  4. Microsoft Outlook – emails, meetings, appointments
  5. Microsoft Project Management – Scheduling
