- Supply Only quotes using Peach Tree
- Supply and Install Quotes using Excel / CRM
- maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
Customer Relations:
- Assigning Key Accounts to CSR
- Following up with clients and sales reps
- Customer Surveys
- Updating CRM Data based on follow up
- prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails
Creating new jobs: job numbers in peach tree, job files, scheduling with PM
Generating Invoices
Filing and general administrative duties (answering the phone, taking messages, writing letters)
Assisting with Tender Preparation
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- University degree or College certificate in Information technology (IT)
- Minimum two (2) years’ experience in sales and/or marketing
- Additional education, particularly in database management, business, programming or IT infrastructure, is beneficial
- Understanding of marketing and sales work flow processes
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in Customer Relations
- knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures and systems such as filing and record keeping
- Effective time management, organization and leadership skills

Experience and training with various Software:
- CRM Microsoft Software - Database management
- Peach Tree - Accounting Management to generate invoices, quotations and create jobs
- Microsoft Office - Excel, publisher, power point and word
