We are looking for someone with strong Management, Project Management and Marketing background.
JOB SUMMARY
Partners with operations management and other leadership team members to identify and implement process improvements and solutions in the tracking and achievement of target KPIs and the standardization of other company processes. Works with Operations Director and Client Services Director across multiple sites or multiple LOBs to implement, and actively participate in Weekly Business Reviews. Mentors Continuous Improvement Champion I on statistical analysis, problem solving, bridge planning, project management, Lean, and Six Sigma.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead continuous Improvement Projects around critical KPI’s
Perform statistical root-cause analysis potential and current problems for targeted KPI’s
Support the different department of the Call Center by providing Business Intelligence information
Partner with Operations, Training and HR in order to achieve better Customer Satisfaction, to increase Employee Engagement and to maximize profitability within the Call Center
Bridge Plan design, implementation and follow up for any Line of Business at risk
Measure and validate impact of actions within the Bridge Plan
Design and audit control processes implemented as solutions of the Bridge Plan
May perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned and/or required
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
BSc. Project Management or Marketing or Management; Six Sigma Green belt, ASQ Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence is an advantage
3-5 years related experience with Project Management with cross-functional teams and or management experience is required.
REQUIRED SKILLS/COMPETENCIES
Proficient with PC’s, especially Microsoft Word and Excel.
Demonstrated leadership ability and strong organizational skills.
Ability to work a flexible schedule.
Detail and process oriented.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Professional attitude, enthusiastic and reliable.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
