The Client Support Officer provides service to clients across all touch points – Walk-in or via telephone consistent with JMMB Service Standards.

Position Summary:
The Client Support Officer provides service to clients across all touch points – Walk-in or via telephone consistent with JMMB Service Standards. Performs activities geared towards ensuring the satisfaction of visitors and clients. Position also support and provide relief as required and deemed necessary
Roles and Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome clients as they come in the office
Monitor the flow of clients
Check in with persons waiting to ensure they are being served
Copy and or Scan documents on behalf of clients
Assist with completing account opening documents for client ensuring compliance requirements
Receipt and deposit all incoming funds and post to JMMB system
Answer the telephones and direct calls appropriately
Support the team with end of day processing as needed
Handle client queries, statement request, orders etc.

Monitoring Security Service Register
Complete World Check
Entering Client Applications and Subscriptions Forms on Depend and JMMB systems
Greets each client and visitor and screens to ascertain the purpose of the visit, logs visit and directs the visitor to the right Team Member
Manages flow of clients and client’s waiting time in lobby area
Provides assistance to clients by:
Advising client (after appropriate identification) of account balance, on their request
Accepts and clarifies requests (e.g. for letters, statements, cheques) from clients
Passes requests to other team members or agents for appropriate action
Updates client records as per their requests and in keeping with KYC procedures and JMMB Client Care standards
Responsible for cheques and other correspondents for distribution
Records all incoming and outgoing mail in the appropriate mail registers.
Prepares and mail out receipts for client’s incoming funds
Opening and recording of incoming postal mail in register under dual custody
Posting of daily receipts in the accounting system for POS and San Fernando
Takes and prepares clients’ orders and forwards to Trading Officer and Settlement Officer
JV for Petty Cash
Manage Petty Cash
Completing special projects as assigned
