Accountable for assuring the Security of the Company’s human and physical assets through the maintenance of effective Security and Asset Management systems and practices.
DUTIES:
Overall Leadership and Management of the Company’s Security Department.
Develops and assures implementation of the Company’s Asset protection plan for all operating locations.
Ensure all security systems are effectively maintained and fully functional.
Develop and maintain relationships with local law enforcement services and other related state agencies.
Work collaboratively with HSE to develop emergency procedures and incident responses.
Investigate security breaches and recommend appropriate remedial strategies/actions.
Conduct audits to identify and remedy gaps in the Security system and protocols.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
First degree with appropriate specialization and a minimum of ten (10) years related experience or any equivalent combination of relevant certification, training and experience.
