CHIEF SECURITY OFFICER

Accountable for assuring the Security of the Company’s human and physical assets through the maintenance of effective Security and Asset Management systems and practices.

DUTIES:

• Overall Leadership and Management of the Company’s Security Department.
• Develops and assures implementation of the Company’s Asset protection plan for all operating locations.
• Ensure all security systems are effectively maintained and fully functional.
• Develop and maintain relationships with local law enforcement services and other related state agencies.
• Work collaboratively with HSE to develop emergency procedures and incident responses.
• Investigate security breaches and recommend appropriate remedial strategies/actions.
• Conduct audits to identify and remedy gaps in the Security system and protocols.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

• First degree with appropriate specialization and a minimum of ten (10) years related experience or any equivalent combination of relevant certification, training and experience.
• Strong Management and Leadership capability.
• Effective interpersonal skills.
• Strong planning and execution capability.
