Work Location: Samurai Restaurant, One Woodbrook Place
Reports to: Restaurant Manager & Floor Manager
Restaurant hours: 11.00am – 11.00pm, Mon – Sun
Duties:
ü Set up outdoor lounge area with chairs, umbrellas etc.
ü In tandem with a supervisor fill out beverage requisition form when taking stock from the storage area.
ü Take stock out of the storage room, to stock the bar, kitchen etc
ü Change beer canisters when required.
ü Clear empty glasses, plates, bottles etc from dining and bar areas
ü Wipe down tables and bar tops.
ü Re-stock garnishes and mixes.
ü Ensure the bar is fully stocked with clean glassware
ü Re-stock ice when needed.
ü Maintain clean cleaning items in each bartender’s station.
ü Attend to any spills/breakages that may occur during service.
ü Assist servers in delivering food and drinks to tables on large orders.
ü Assist in the overall cleanliness of the restaurant
ü Using the dishwasher/manual methods, maintain sufficient amount of clean glassware, cutlery, plates, pots, utensils etc. especially at peak periods where recycling of these items is critical.
ü Any other duties that may be assigned
Requirements:
ü Valid Food Badge
ü Copy of ID (to be attached to application)
ü Excellent Customer Service Skills
ü Experience is a major asset
