We invite applications for a new Digicel Opportunity - Business Solutions Sales Executive - Recurring Revenue

Primary Objective Of The Job:
We are looking for an individual with an avid interest in business solutions and communication technology to work within a team providing business products to our customer set. This is not an office based role, but will require extensive interaction with customers and the performance of some administrative tasks. This role is ideal for an exceptional sales person who is eager to build a career in corporate sales.

The main objective of this individual will be to grow recurring business solutions revenues through assigned channels and to build and develop relationships with relevant parties in accordance with business strategy. The candidate will have to achieve set targets & objectives drawing on all products within the Business Solutions Product Portfolio.

Objectives:
- To achieve sales targets from new orders in the assigned channels and accounts, and retain revenue within these accounts
- To introduce business solutions and lead generation campaign initiatives as required
- To identify, qualify and close business to meet set targets
- To identify and pass-on to relevant business unit, opportunities for cross-selling other Digicel Business services
- To build relationships with customers and prospects
- To work closely with Service Delivery and Premium Corporate Customer Care (PCCC )team to ensure customer orders and services are delivered and activated promptly

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide Account Plans for each account in order to provide consultation on products and services that would best serve customer needs.
- Develop the overall sales strategy for a given account and ensure that all sales activity is compliant with the sales strategy
- Manage the Recurring Revenue Account relationship
- Prospect for new customers
- Continuously learn about Digicel products and become subject matter expert on products and services in Digicel Business Services portfolio.
- Provide feedback to Digicel management on activities of our competitors, their products and positions in assigned accounts.
- Proactively gain high-level buy-in and build relationships with key decision makers within assigned accounts through the use of account development plans and engagement strategies
- Ensure proper positioning of products and management of customer expectations on targets for installation on services when orders are placed.
- Develop, maintain and grow effective business partnerships and mutual strategic alliances to generate monthly recurring revenues according to Digicel's Annual Operating Plan (AOP).
- Identify and develop new business opportunities from within the assigned accounts and create an aggressive sales strategy that grows Digicel's revenue streams and exceeds individual targets and objectives.

Academic qualifications and experience required for job:
- First Degree in Business Management, Information Technology, or related fields
- At least five (5) years account management/sales experience
- Two years' experience in selling cloud solutions/propositions or similar/related products
- Track record of outstanding sales success
- Experience in a Quota driven environment is essential.

Abilities; Skills; Experience; Aptitude and Judgement:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Must have experience with PowerPoint, Excel, MS Word and Outlook
- Must have working knowledge of a sales management tool (Salesforce.com preferred)
- A proven ability to achieve sales objective and targets
- High level of drive and stamina
- Ability to work on own in a dynamic and competitive environment
- Must demonstrate use of consultative selling and closure of complex sales either directly or through 3rd party partnerships
- Must exhibit professional presentation skills and persuasive communication skills.
- Must possess proven successful organizational and account management skills

- All the company's business customers within the assigned sector/s

Working Condition:
- Regular 8am to 5pm - Required to work outside of set working hours to include weekends and public holidays based on the needs of the business
- Occasional travel in country
- Some extra hours where required to accommodate customers' schedules
