Business Sales Solutions Executive

BUSINESS SALES SOLUTIONS EXECUTIVE

 Salary $10,000 +commission

A leading solutions company delivering proven, client focused solutions that empower people and business to simply do more and achieve more. We are currently looking for Business Solutions Managers to lead the growth and management of our Managed IT client services (outsourced IT services).

This position requires an aggressive sales individual who will be the primary sales driver for Managed IT Services division. The Business Solutions Manager will be responsible for managing account relationships and generating and closing new sales opportunities. The Business Solutions Manager will be held accountable for business development, client management and sales performance by delivering qualified business.

This position will also work with senior leaders to help define the go-to-market strategy for the customer base, help define the product positioning and key benefits through sales and technical training, as well as identify and target potential customers.

 

Duties and Essential Job Functions:

  • Aggressively close new accounts each month necessary to meet/exceed your assigned sales quota.
  • Grow sales pipeline via daily telephone cold-calling, daily new business appointments, ongoing referrals, networking and lead-generation initiatives.
  • Deliver prompt, ongoing account service and customer support to all sold accounts to maximize residual opportunities, and to seek referrals and references.
  • Develops a sales strategy and plan to ensure that company sales and profitability goals are achieved.Revenue Growth – Accountable for mapping clients business problems / opportunities to portfolio of services and growing footprint and revenue within the accountCommercial Delivery – Accountable for Client Service Delivery including Improvement Planning, Client Account & Growth Plan, and Forecast.
  • Accountable for Client Contract and Contract Management ensuring contracted services are delivered, all contractual terms and conditions are adhered to and contract changes are identified and implemented as and when required.
  • Operational Service Delivery – Responsible for providing leadership towards the provisioning of high quality business relevant support including governance, organization, processes, procedures and tools & technologies.
  • Works closely with customers and technical staffs to ensure all of our customers’ requirements are fulfilled with quality results.
  • Provide on-going post-sales support to identify further sales or development opportunities.
  • Work with the other division Sales Reps to cross-sell IT Services to their client and prospect base.
  • Specify market requirements for current and future service offerings by conducting research, obtaining feedback and current knowledge of technology services and trends.

 

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year IT related work experience in professional services, account / relationship management.
  • University degree (IT, Computer Science etc) or equivalent experience will be an asset.
  • Must have sound technical / IT knowledge.Aggressive, self motivated sales hunter.
  • Business development experience, customer account management or customer relationship skills, with excellent follow through and rapport building skills.
  • As this role will involve multiple client visits the ideal candidate must own a vehicle and have a valid driver’s license.
  • Successful track record of sales and relationship management with notable accomplishments.
  • Technical aptitude, with the ability to appropriately apply technical IT service base to individual customer needs.
  • Must have a strong and broad understanding of Information Technology capabilities
  • Ability to respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs in a quality and timely manner.
  • Must have strong outbound sales skills and must be able to effectively close outbound sales opportunities
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and make decisions with minimal supervision; self-starter.
  • Excellent grammar, written and oral communication skills.
  • Computer skills using Microsoft Office Products.
