BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE (3 months)
Overview
The Business Development Representative is responsible for Customer Relationship Management and Customer Retention activities for new and returning customers.
Main Tasks
• Making and receiving customer calls to schedule appointments.
• Communicating with customers daily.
• Preparing daily reports.
• Updating customer’s information on database.
Minimum Education, Knowledge and Skills
• 5 CXC passes including Mathematics and English.
• Computer Literate.
• At least one year experience in a call center or customer service environment.
• Effective communication skills.
• Customer service orientation.
