Reporting to the Head of Sales, this position is responsible for identifying potential business partners and maintaining the relationship in accordance with business goals and objectives.
Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities;
Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities; recommending equity investments;
Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments;
Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts;
Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis;
Leads solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel.
Qualification and Experience:
4-year degree from an accredited institution in marketing, business administration or related field, OR appropriate combination of education and experience;
Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, including experience in account management;
Outstanding project/time management and communication (verbal and written) skills are a must;
Strong team player with excellent and proven inter-personnel skills;
Willing to work extended hours when required;
Ability to anticipate and provide prompt resolution on issues;
Proactive, solutions oriented and focused on business objectives;
Focused on quality and delivery of results;
Ability to develop efficient and effective communication strategies for engaging internal and external stakeholder;
High attention to detail and administration;
Proficient in MS Office – special emphasis on Excel, PowerPoint and Word (required to create effective reports);
Excellent presentation and negotiation skills;
Strong relationship building skills, ability to develop strong cross functional working relationships;
