BMA Group is a Human Resources Consulting firm founded in Puerto Rico in 1997. It was originally founded as a Professional Recruitment Service. With staffing as their core business, BMA developed structured processes to ensure the professionals recommended to their clients met with all education and experience requirements while assuring motivational and behavioral fit. The professionals generated in the BMA process became well appraised. As a result of this success a second division was created to provide these same professionals in different contracting forms.
