JOB SUMMARY
The incumbent should be able to plan and execute Sales and Marketing activities, so as to maintain and further develop sales of HADCO portfolio of wines and spirits, to all major accounts, both on and off premises, in accordance with the approved sales and marketing plans of the Division and Company as a whole.
This position reports directly to the Operations Manager – Wine & Spirits.
During promotional events this position will be responsible for supervising the temporary/ contract promotional workers executing the events.
DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Developing annual marketing plans along with creative and relevant implementation programs that will enhance the awareness and improve market share for all key wine and spirit brands.
Take charge of the implementation of marketing plan promotional activity including creating concept and developing graphic design, arrange printing, communicating to all stakeholders (internal and external customers, end users through media and electronic) while reporting sales results in a concise and analytical format.
Create effective communication material (letters, flyers, Power Point presentations) for sales persons to understand and communicate promotional programs to customers.
Develop and execute individual customer programs in conjunction with individual sales representatives to help increase sales i.e. menus, tent cards, media campaigns.
Assist in achieving sales target.
Maintain good customer relations by visiting customers on a frequent basis.
Maintain good supplier relations.
Prepare and update all necessary Monthly Sales Reports.
Monitor all competitive activity in the trade and analyze monthly sales for the development of the appropriate counter tactical initiatives.
Utilize effectively and monitor annual A&P budget allocation by month to stay within approved annual budget.
Ensure that all A&P claims from principles are done and reimbursements are received on a timely basis.
Assist with the developing and training of sales, promotion and restaurant staff using Power Point Presentations and tasting programs.
Monitor and update Company’s website to keep current all information posted in the Wine & Spirits Division section including data sheets for each of our wines.
Assist in achieving the overall objectives of the department through new innovative ideas that come from “outside the box”, must apply exceptional effort, and follow instructions.
Maintain contact with clients in the market area to ensure high levels of Client Satisfaction.

Fulfill other duties as assigned by the Category Manager & Manager – Wine & Spirits that may be deemed essential for the effective functioning of the Division.
REQUIREMENTS:
A First Degree in Marketing or related discipline
A vehicle in good working condition
2-3 years’ experience in Brand Management
Ability to Multitask well
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
