Brand Coordinator: The Brand Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and executing direct marketing strategies and various other activities for the Company’s products, to ensure achievement of sales targets.
Brand Coordinator Function:
General Duties:
Generates reports as required.
Participates in stock count exercises when required.
Adheres to all company policies and procedures, inclusive of but not limited to the Company’s policy on health and safety, quality and standard operating procedures.
Undertakes other duties which may arise or may be delegated to support the objectives of the organization.
Management of Supplier and Trade Relationships:
Provides assistance to Principals in product launches when requested.
Conducts periodic trade visits in an effort to gain an understanding of the trade and customers so as to introduce relevant promotions, and monitor their effectiveness.
Liaising with Promoting/Merchandising Team:
Works with the Brand Manager to ensure that promotional activities are implemented as and when planned, with the aim of ensuring their effectiveness.
Provides information to the team of Promoters on brand and promotional details to ensure effectiveness of implementation of promotions
Qualifications:
A minimum of five (5) GCE/CXC O’ Levels passes, two (2) of which must include English and Mathematics.
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field.
Experience:
At least three (3) years experience in a similar capacity.
Experience in coordinating NPC brands will be an asset.
At least three (3) years driving experience without any driver fault accidents.
Other Certification:
Must hold a valid Trinidad and Tobago Class 3 Driver’s Permit.
Additional Requirements:
Availability and willingness to travel throughout Trinidad and Tobago
Must own a reliable vehicle.
