Billing Support Executive
Primary objective of the job:
The purpose of the position is to ensure the generation of accurate and timely invoices and settlements with Digicel's interconnected carriers. The candidates will conduct all necessary revenue assurance activities not limited to carrier to carrier invoice reconciliation and internal reconciliation at CDR and database level.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Dispute resolution
- Manage the dispute resolution process with International carriers
- Reconciliation of Interconnect bills from other carriers ensuring discrepancies are resolved
2. CDR processing
- Ensure that CDRs are priced correctly
- Troubleshooting CDR pricing errors
- Conduct CDR level analysis and investigations at the database level
- Identify and quantify rating/classification/duration and other billing issues to increase billing accuracy
- Liaise with billing team and ensure that billing errors identified are remedied.
3. Maintain business relation between Digicel and all International, regional and domestic carriers
- Manage the carrier to carrier invoice reconciliation process
- Ensure that Digicel and other Network Operators bill CDRs within the agreed guidelines
- Perform quality assurance and data integrity checking at database level.
- Manage information exchange between Digicel and it's carrier partners and ensure that information exchange is handled expeditiously and professionally
4. Settlement support
- Liaise with and provide support for the wholesale settlement process.
5. Revenue Assurance
- Manage various internal reconciliation control which not limited to Switch to Bill, Monthly Invoice Check, Rate & Dial Code check and others
Academic qualifications and experience required for job:
Bsc. in Computer Science/Information Technology or related discipline.
Functional Skills:
1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Productivity tools.
2. SQL Proficiency.
3. UNIX administration.
4. Knowledge of the Interconnect Billing System an asset.
5. Knowledge of Telecommunication Billing an asset.
