Summary of the Position:
The Bilingual Inside Sales Representative uses a consultative sales process to understand the needs of potential customers, guide them to the best possible solution, answers questions and provides them with the services that best suits their needs.
Essential Duties:
Ø Use a customer-focused, consultative sales process to educate customers on what products/services will best fit their needs
Ø Respond to inbound phone calls and sales inquiries in a timely, efficient and professional manner
Ø Maintain expert-level knowledge on the features and business applications of the company's product line
Required Skills, Abilities & Knowledge:
Ø High School Diploma or the equivalent
Ø Must be bilingual (excellent verbal and written skills English / Spanish)
Ø Ability to read and to capture details in written English
Ø At least six months experience in a call center environment
Ø Ability to multi-task, in a fast paced and vibrant work environment
Ø Flexibility to work any day and any time of the week
Ø Comfortable using computers in a working environment
Ø Must be able to handle faced paced, critical thinking environment
Ø Communication – Demonstrates strong verbal, written, and listening skills
Ø Professionalism – Exhibits a strong work ethic, actively works towards excellence
