Bar and Kitchen Inventory Clerk
Duties
- Check liquor stock in restaurant and in store rooms.
- Check Kitchen stock
- Preparation on stock reconciliation reports for both bar and kitchen.
- Ensure proper use of stock maintenance documents by staff
- Filing of all stock reports.
Knowledge and Experience
- Knowledge of using bar rulers to check stock.
- Experience in stock taking for a restaurant industry will be an asset.
- Computer Literate
- Physically capable of moving moderately heavy items (e.g beer cases)
