BUSINESS PARTNER – HUMAN RESOURCES
HUMAN RESOURCE SERVICES
This position is responsible for the provision of strategic human resource services to the organization or region consistent with company’s objectives. The incumbent will act as a main point of contact for managers and other employees in the business unit and as a performance improvement driver, provoking positive change in people management. He/she leads in the development and implementation of better people management practices to support the achievement of the regions and corporate goals and objectives and as such the incumbent requires broad experience in various HR areas.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources.
• Five (5) years’ supervisory experience in Human Resources, involving substantial exposure to all areas of HR including industrial/labour relations and employee development.
• Knowledge of Labour Laws and Regulations of Jamaica.
