The successful applicant must satisfy the following requirements:
Reside in the Montego Bay area
1st Degree/Diploma in Business Administration/Management
At least 3 years experience in similar capacity
Computer literate with MS Office expertise
Have excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast paced sales environment.
Sales and Marketing experience
Automotive knowledge would be an asset
Duties and Responsibilities include:
Manage the day to day activities of the store including staff and their assigned duties.
Provide superb customer service to all clients.
Ensure that all customers’ service expectations are met and request, complaints etc. are addressed within 24 hours where possible.
Monitor and arrange all stock/show room displays, manage the disbursement of items and ensuring there are no discrepancies with stock levels.
Make decisions pertaining to the day-to-day operations while acting in the scope of your authority.
Develop and execute agreed sales strategies and marketing initiatives to meet the company’s targets.
Conduct a monthly meeting with sales and service representatives to discuss problems, concerns, accomplishments, suggestions and ideas, etc.
Visit with credit customers where necessary.
Conduct a random physical stock count and compare physical to actual .
Conduct a monthly general inventory count as determined by the company on all tools, equipment and stock and give an account for all variances reflected.
Ensure that daily sales and lodgments are balanced using reconciliation reports generated at point of sales.
Ensure all records i.e. (invoices, transfers, stock movements etc.) are properly kept and stored.
