BRANCH MANAGER-GUYANA 

• Responsible for opening closing and securing the branch.
• Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and outlining duties; following up on work results.
• Maintains customer and employee contact on the work area to ensure that quality service is being applied, orienting and training employees.
• Coaching/motivating, counselling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring and appraising job results.
• Set some standards when it comes to customer satisfaction.
• Identifies current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirements.
• Ensures availability of merchandise and services-maintaining inventories.
• Enhance and re-design showrooms to ensure that items are displayed effectively.
• Handles/Responds to customer complaints.
• Enusre materials are properly displayed and promoted.
• Informs all team members of working hours and any other events which may affect the daily operation of the business.
• Verify and authorize Credit Notes and petty cash.
• Submit weekly written reports to the General Manager regarding all issues relating to the operations at the branch.
• Maintains operations by initiating, coordinating and enforcing program, operational and personnel policies and procedures.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
