Summary

A leading design practice is looking for a person to support design work and client and service provider liason duties.  

The duties of the job include:

• Rendering, updating and revising CAD drawings
• Create and maintain all project files and records
• Attend and keep minutes of in-house and onsite meetings
• Create presentations for client conceptual meetings

Desirable attributes

• Applicant must be creative with background and/or interest in graphics or rendering.
• Experience with Autocad Level II is necessary.
• Applicant must be an extremely organized, self-starter, with the ability to communicate effectively
• Ability to work in a team environment and on own initiative with the desire to learn new skills.
• Experience with Graphic rendering software (such as Photoshop) desirable but not necessary

SKILLS

• AutoCAD trained
• Knowledge of Technical Drawing and reading floor plans
• Photoshop (Basic knowledge)
• Adobe Illustrator (Recently trained)
• Microsoft Office
• Floor Estimator trained
• Project Management (Basic knowledge)
