Major Responsibilities
- Performs a range of accounting assignments while learning the methods, processes, and procedures of the work.
- Performs the accounting and payroll, and other functions as assigned by the in-charge;
- Responsible in the preparation and submission of weekly, monthly and annual reports;
- Prepares bank reconciliations, PR summary & other accounting related task - disbursements, collections, VAT summary and FS preparation;
- Verifies items billed against items ordered and received and reconciles differences through follow-up with the client;
- Reviews on-line transactions for changes and accuracy and corrects errors.
- Participate in new business development initiatives through presentations, meetings and writing proposals.
Candidate Profile
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills
- Proven ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks successfully
- Proven technical accounting proficiency and strong analytical skills
- Must be able to work in a team environment and matrix organization
- Experience managing financial reporting in a timely and consistent manner

Senior Manager/Manager
- ACCA, CIMA or CPA qualified
- Experience with leading teams and experience within manufacturing, insurance, banking or oil and gas industry would be considered an asset
- Prior auditing experience would be considered an asset
- Proficient knowledge of and experience with MS Office tools and applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- A minimum of 7+ years’ experience in a similar role
Senior Associate
- ACCA, CIMA or CPA qualified
- Experience within manufacturing, insurance, banking or oil and gas industry would be considered an asset
- Proficient knowledge of and experience with MS Office tools and applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- A minimum of 4+ years’ experience in a similar role
Associate
- ACCA, CIMA or CPA qualified
- Experience within manufacturing, insurance, banking or oil and gas industry would be considered an asset
- Proficient knowledge of and experience with MS Office tools and applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- A minimum of 2 + years’ experience in a similar role
