Applications are invited for the position of Assistant Technical Services Manager - Administration in our Service Department.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITES:

• Oversees the Spare Parts Management process inclusive of the ordering process, liaises with supplier as needed, and manages stock

• Oversees the preparation of CIRIS reports

• Assists in the planning and implementing of approved strategies

• Assists in the development of strategies for the department through the Balance Score Card

• Functions as a motivating force in department

• Co-ordinates staff training and development with HR department

• Communicates Company Policy decisions to staff

• Supervises data processing department

• Communicates with branches regarding service requests and authorizes product exchanges

• Liaises with suppliers and Accounts Department to ensure claims proceed productively

• Tracks the productivity of various teams

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Diploma in General Management
• Five (5) GCE/CXC Ordinary level passes including Mathematics and English Language
• Three (3) years experience at a supervisory level
• Ability to present reports and recommend strategies
• Experience in audit and accounting functions
• Must be organized, goal-oriented, self-motivated, persistent and committed, able to cope well in stress-related environments and possess computer literacy skills
