To assist the Branch Manager in the daily management of the store, having a thorough knowledge of the systems and procedures of the company for the efficient running of the Branch.

  • Communicates plans with branch management team to achieve KPIs as per “Branch Managers Incentive Program.”
  • Obtains budget from Branch Manager, sets sales target and monitors performance.
  • Monitors Supa Shield, Ready Finance and Credit performances.
  • Re-checks stock requisitions compiled by both Powerhouse & Furniture Floor Supervisors before sending to warehouses.
  • Re-checks all stock updates against stocks on range and ensures they are on display.
  • Works with both Powerhouse & Furniture Floor Supervisors in maintaining consistency in visual merchandising.
  • Ensures prompt compliance with marketing memos.
  • Reviews Weekly Trading Reports and identifies and implements strategies to improve the business.
  • Ensures adherence to procedures re: STNs and goods leaving the compound.
  • Ensures compliance to stock takes systems and procedures – preparation, accurate stock take and works with branch management team in conjunction with Finance Department on stock reconciliation exercise in a timely manner.
  • Ensures the safe keeping of Delivery notes and Collection Notes and monitors stocks leaving premises with prompt notification.
