ASSISTANT RESIDENTIAL SALES MANAGER

 

JOB SUMMARY:

The Assistant Manager Residential Sales will be responsible for managing a team of Sales Specialists and Administrators to ensure that sales targets are met and exceeded along with maintaining high level of customer care.  The incumbent will manage direct reports to ensure that all policies, standards and procedures are adhered to and updated or revised when needed.

JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Develop, Execute Field Sales Strategy for Outbound Sales Team
  • Develop and Grow revenue generated from Field Sales
  • Directly supervise administrative employees to achieve department and company objectives
  • Supervise Outbound sales specialists to meet and exceed objectives
  • Develop direct reports through leadership, coaching, mentoring and training
  • Coordinate and execute Sales Walks, Sales Events for Residential Sales Team
  • Report and measure results of sales promotions and sales activities
  • Provides input to management to develop and improve internal processes
  • Develop and work with management to execute reward and recognition programs
  • Provides strategic and tactical recommendations to management to improve key performance indicators, employee relations, customer satisfaction and other strategic initiatives
  • Prepare budget for external Sales Events and Sales Walks
  • Work with Manager to develop Training needs for Residential Sales Team
  • Any additional Duties assigned

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • An associate degree, advanced diploma in sales management

          And or

  • 5 years or more experience successfully supervising or managing a sales team
  • Personnel management experience including team building, coaching, disciplinary action and team motivation competencies

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Proven  and demonstrated ability to successfully manage a Sales Team to meet and exceed targets
  • Strong Leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team
  • Task and People oriented with a high level of goals orientation
  • Proven ability to meet sales, administrative and customer care goals
  • Ability to plan, develop and execute on related to resource management and targets
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel, Power point and word skills
  • Ability to demonstrate flexibility and promote a positive work environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
