ASSISTANT FOOD AND BEVERAGE DIRECTOR
Qualification and Experience:
• Degree in Food Services Management or Hospitality and Tourism Management
• Training in management and /or supervisory skills
• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience as a Food and Beverage Manager/ Assistant or similar position.
Main Responsibilities:
• Assist in the Management of all Food and Beverage outlets
• Checking stock levels and ordering supplies
• Assist in Ensuring optimum performance of all Food and Beverage outlets
• Monitoring of guest satisfaction from all Food and Beverage outlets
• Assist in Maintaining high standards of food, service and health and safety
• Conduct strategic planning, shift pattern organization and day-to-day management activities
• Assist with setting budgets and implement and maintain cost control measures
• Assist with Management of staff and providing them with feedback
• Recruit, train and motivate staff
