Applications are invited for the position of Assistant Food & Beverage Director

The successful candidate will be responsible for the day to day operations of the Food & Beverage service in the hotel.


The ideal candidate must possess the following:

  • Minimum of four (4) years experience in a Food & Beverage management position
  • Bachelors Degree in Tourism & Hospitality Management
  •  Extensive knowledge of food and beverage operations
  • Strong communication skills (oral & written)
  • Very good organizational, interpersonal, time management, leadership and problem solving skills
  • Proven ability to train, develop and motivate staff
