The person will need to havemore than a data entry level experience in accounting as the incumbent will nowbe required to work individually with the attorneys and/or their secretariesregarding billings and receipts and be able to produce reports of thecollections process and ensure the relevant schedules reconcile.

 Duties

• Prepare andprocess journal entries
• Reconcile GeneralLedger month-end Schedules
• Preparation/reviewingand finalizing  invoices on a timely andaccurate basis for POS
• Review AR entries posted bySan Fernando
• Update systemwith receipts and invoices from Tobago
• Transfer (viareceipts) of client funds to clear AR at time of billing
• Preparation oftransfers from client funds to operating a/c 
• Process AccountsReceivables adjustments as required
• Billing andReceipts reporting to Attorneys
• Assist withreview and follow up Accounts Receivables
• Monitor andmaintain WIP, write ups/downs
• Reconcile monthlycash book from Tobago with PC Law forpreparation of  Tobago Quarterly profitdistribution
• Assist with PCLaw - WIP Clean-up,

Experience and Qualifications 

• ACCA Level II/III
• Experience preparing internalAudit Schedules
• AR experience and liaisingwith customers
• Attention to detail
• Minimum 3 years experience
