ACCOUNTS CLERK

S.M. Jaleel & Company Limited, a leading manufacturer and distributor of non-alcoholic beverages, with overseas operations in the Caribbean Region and Saudi Arabia is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Trinidad & Tobago national to fill the vacant position of Accounts Clerk. 

Duties and Responsibilities

• Manages the General Ledger function and interfaces with the other functional departments in the Finance Division.
• Manages the Cash Flow and Accounts Receivables function
• Implements and ensures compliance of control measures
• Ensures that the recording of accounting transactions is accurate and in accordance with standard accounting practice.
• Liaises with the internal and external auditors and other external parties.

Candidate Profile

• ACCA Level 1 
• Two to three  years accounting experience
• Effective communication skills with the ability to speak fluent English
• Team player with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Computer literate

The successful candidate must be willing to work flexible hours and demonstrate a high level pf professionalism, trust and honesty in the conduct of his/her duties.
