ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGER
The successful candidate will be required to provide strategic support to Administration Department, maintain organizational climate which is conducive to change, team spirit, enthusiasm, co-operation and trust. Manage day to day activities of the Administration Department.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
a. Manage the Administration Department and oversee related support services.
b. Acts as liaison between Directors, subordinates and others,by transmitting directives and instructions.
c. Manage the company's group life and health plan.
d. Draft various correspondence, status reports, procedures and policies for Directors’ approval.
e. Support marketing efforts, where feasible.
f. Devise and maintain effective follow-up system to ensure matters are dealt with on a timely basis.
g. Assist with the procurement of Work Permit and Council Registration for foreign Optometrists.
h. Make travel arrangements and prepare itineraries.
i. Assist Branch Managers/Supervisors in handling patients’ complaints.
j. Assist with the Fleet Card System.
k. Monitor and review the vehicle rental invoices.
PERFORMANCE PARAMETERS:
a. The extent to which the delivery of service is achieved efficiently and effectively.
b. Timeliness, accuracy, reliability and relevance of reports.
