Summary
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing efficient, courteous and professional front desk services and Administrative support to the various heads of Department.
Duties and Responsibilities
Operates telephone to relay incoming, outgoing, and interoffice calls.
Supplies information to callers and records messages, ensuring that all relevant information is transferred to the respective company personnel in a timely manner.
Data Entry and Processing.
Filing and Record Keeping.
Receives visitors, obtains name and nature of business, and schedules appointments.
Provides Administrative Support to the Managing Director.
Records and distributes mail.
Maintains a proper filing system
Other administrative duties as required.
Skills and Qualifications
At least 5 GCE or CXC O' Levels.
Excellent oral communication skills and outgoing personality.
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Office.
1 year administrative experience in similar position
