CORE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES
Reporting to the Managing Director/General Manager, the ideal Administrative Assistant is a certified administrative professional who is knowledgeable in office procedures, discreet, and is able to use her initiative in sound decision-making processes.
Proactive and well organised with the ability to take charge of the Company’s clerical and secretarial functions on behalf of the Managing Director, the Administrative Assistant will possess the following:

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Proficient in shorthand and typewriting with speeds of 80 to 100wpm for both.
