POSITION: Administrative Assistant
DEPARTMENT: Food Warehouse – Hadco San Juan
WORKING HOURS: 7:00am to 4:00pm
ACCOUNTABLE TO: Warehouse Manager
JOB SUMMARY
This position deals with all Administrative duties for the Inventory Department in the Food & Beverage Division inclusive of invoicing and credits.
DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Invoicing
Issuing credit invoices
Writing up Credits in the delivery book
Preparation of Returned Deliveries report
Stock adjustments
Preparation of Adjustment Summary Sheets
Maintenance of spreadsheets relating to Inventory Control
General typing and Administrative work
Processing of Credit Invoices
Preparation and Timely Submission of Overtime Sheets for Drivers and Loaders
Any other duties that may be delegated by Management
Performs other duties that as assigned by Management that may be deemed necessary for the effective functioning of the department, inclusive of the following:-

5 CXC Ordinary Level Passes
Diploma in Business Administration
Advanced Computer Literacy
Previous experience using Accounting Software e.g. Peachtree
2-3 years’ relevant experience in a customer service environment
Pleasant disposition and well mannered
